FAQ'S

 What kind of wax and wicks do you use?  All our candles are made with 100% domestically-grown soy wax, cotton core wick, and blend of fragrance oils.  All vegan, cruelty-free, and phtalate-free

 

 Best way to care for you candle? We highly recommend trimming the wick 1/4” after each burn.

 

How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-3 business days for your purchase to arrive. In case of damage durning shipment, please reach out to USPS and submit a claim. Luxurious Flames Candle Co is not e to lost or stolen pacakage.

 

 Can I return or exchange my candle ?  At this current time we do not do returns, but if you like we can exchange the candle for you. We will exchange within 7 business days.   Please email us at Lux@luxuriousflames.com
